The clinical review team were asked to examine the clinical case for change underpinning the proposals for the National Rehabilitation Centre. The National Rehabilitation Centre includes a regional clinical facility and national research and education hubs in state-of-the-art facilities on the Department of Defence Stanford Hall Estate. The clinical review team were asked to examine aspects of the clinical model in more detail subsequent to the original clinical review panel on 29 July 2019 to support the commissioners as they proceed through the NHS England and NHS Improvement process for major service change.
