The Clinical Senate were proactively approached to review the historical legacy arrangements in place for the stroke services pathway (end to end) with the aim to highlight areas of focus and opportunities that will ensure the delivery of clinically sustainable, high quality, end to end NHS stroke services for the next five to ten years, that are accessible to Birmingham and Solihull ICS (old STP boundary plus new West Birmingham Locality) residents 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
