The Clinical Senate convened a clinical review panel to consider South Devon and Torbay CCGs proposals for community services transformation. The proposals included an increase in place based care with the development of clinical hubs and health and wellbeing centres supporting a reduction in community hospitals and the closure of an Minor Injuries Unit (MIU).
