Clinical Review of Greater Manchester Integrated Stroke Service

The Clinical Senate reviewed Greater Manchester plans for implementation of a centralised model of stroke care in which all patients with suspected stroke go to a designated centre for assessment and receipt of hyper acute and acute stroke care. They provided clinical advice that maintained a specific focus on post 72 hours care.
