The East Midlands Clinical Senate were commissioned by the Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) and United Lincolnshire NHS Trust (ULHT) to provide an independent clinical review in respect of their preferred option for the future service delivery of paediatric care at Pilgrim hospital with special reference to safety, clinical outcomes, quality, access and any potential risks.
