East Midlands Clinical Senate Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust Ear, Nose and Throat Service – Clinical Governance and Risk Management Review (October and November 2020)

An Independent Clinical Senate review of Clinical Governance and Risk Management in the Ear, Nose and throat (ENT) service of Kettering General Hospital was invited by the Trust following a Freedom To Speak Up concern raised by a staff member regarding these areas.  The Senate panel acknowledged that this review was completed just after wave one of COVID-19 and this has impacted on the method of delivering the review as well as the normal operational delivery of services.
