An independent clinical review of the proposals by Clinical Senate is required as part of the evidence for NHS England.
The scope of this clinical review panel was again on acute reconfiguration options which included the following services: urgent and emergency care (including treat and transfer); vascular services; general surgery; trauma & orthopaedic surgery; respiratory services; cardiology services; urology; gynaecology surgery and renal medicine.
