The East of England Clinical Senate was approached by NHS England on behalf of NHS Improvement to undertake a safety review of proposals by Untied Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust (ULHT) to re-open the Accident and Emergency Department at Grantham and District Hospital, 24 hours, seven days a week (24/7).
