West Leicestershire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) commissioned the East Midlands Clinical Senate to review the implementation of their Community Health Services model, which was launched on 1st December 2019. LLR was an accelerator site for the National Ageing Well Aging Programme. The model shared with the Senate support LLR to deliver on the urgent community crisis response offer and achieve the 2 hour and 2 day response times.
