Scarborough and Ryedale CCG have identified the need to improve their populations access to community health and social care. The CCG has developed a model for an integrated prevention, community care and support service for adults. The Senate was asked to provide an independent clinical review of the appropriateness of the outline service model and outline specification for the locality and populations of Scarborough & Ryedale.
