The Vale of York CCG has been working with their provider Tees Esk and Wear Valley Foundation trust (TEWV) to transform mental health services. All the mental health estate and facilities across the Vale of York have been reviewed and an approach taken to develop community hubs across York and Selby and develop a single site modern mental health inpatient facility in York. The Senate was asked whether the proposed model was the best was forward for the Vale of York.
