South East Clinical Senates

Independent, clinical and strategic advice for health systems in the south east

Review of potential impact of the acquisition of Heatherwood and Wexham Park Hospital by Frimley Park NHS Trust

An iterative review of the proposals for an acquisition in the south of the Thames Valley by a provider from outside of the patch. The work of the Senate was not to question the acquisition but to map and consider the potential impact of any changes to clinical services beyond the specific geographic patch and to facilitate a clinical dialogue to build consensus on good pathways of care.
