The Clinical Senate was engaged by Black Country Integrated Care Board to undertake a clinical review of the proposed reconfiguration of the Urology Services between The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust and Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust. The proposal looked to reorganise emergency and elective care across the two sites and provide a more robust clinical operating model.
