The Clinical Senate Assembly is a diverse multi-professional forum providing the Council with ready access to experts from a broad range of health and care professions and patient representatives.

Made up of a diverse pool of experienced clinicians in the widest sense, it gives the Council access to a wealth of clinical expertise and experience. Between them, members cover the entire ‘pre-conception to death’ spectrum of care across all health and social care settings. Members also include public representatives.

The Senate Assembly’s diverse membership ensures the Senate is fully equipped to respond effectively to the many and wide-ranging requests for advice from commissioners and other stakeholders who contact us.
