Emily features in episode 7 – NHS England’s Major Service Change Interactive Handbook, alongside Jonny Williams from the NHSE national team. During this episode they chat about the NHSE interactive handbook for major service change they were involved in producing.
Paul features in episode 9 – Clinical Senate Reviews, to discuss the role clinical senates play in service change, along with colleagues from our sister senates.
During her fellowship, Rachel featured in episode 12, Sustainability in the NHS, alongside colleagues from our national Greener NHS team. During this episode they talk about embedding sustainability into major service change and meeting the NHS net zero agenda. Rachel discusses a report she lead on as part of her fellowship with the South East Clinical Senate: Embedding healthcare sustainability in major service change. The report provides guidance to help both systems and review panels ensure sustainability is embedded into service change proposals from the outset, and to demonstrate what good looks like.
